01 / THE WINDOW YOU HAVE

The gym doesn’t
always get
a full hour.

Twenty minutes before pickup. Half an hour after bedtime. Start with your available time and equipment. Then review a plan that accounts for warm-up, setup and rest.

Timing is an estimate. There’s room to adjust.

20MINUTES, ALL YOURS
A LITTLE SPACETO LIFT

02 / THE INEVITABLE INTERRUPTION

“Daaad!”

Go be Dad.
Your sets are saved.

Put the weight down. Pause the session. Come back to a shorter plan, or finish with the work you’ve logged.

A fixed finish time stays fixed, even while you’re away.

A few things to know.

Can I download it today?

TimeboxLift is still in development. We haven’t announced a release date. Follow the build or join the waitlist when registration opens for beta and launch updates.

Do I need a full gym?

Use supported equipment at home or at the gym. Tell the app what you have available, and review a plan for that setup.

How are starting weights chosen?

Starting values can use your saved settings or comparable lifting history. A new lift may show an example weight that needs checking. You can change weights and reps before you log a set.

What happens if my workout is interrupted?

Pause the session and keep your logged sets. You can review a shorter plan when you return, or finish with what you’ve done. Pausing doesn’t extend a fixed finish time.

What will the updates include?

Beta testing and launch news for TimeboxLift. Registration is free; it doesn’t reserve a paid subscription. App pricing hasn’t been announced.
